Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate daily production records to analyze manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate with all departments and levels of management to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform tasks such as measuring ingredients, blending, and mixing, adhering to precise measurements and instructions.
  • Identify and address quality issues, discarding or re-manufacturing faulty products as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on batch making and quality control.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
  • Proficiency in hazardous materials handling and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation:

$21.19 per hour, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
