Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at Numotion. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building complex rehab equipment based on order specifications and assisting with warehouse duties as needed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment for delivery according to order specifications.
  • Ensure assembled equipment matches order specifications.
  • Assist with receiving and maintaining an organized warehouse.
  • Sustain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission.
  • Adhere to employee and customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion's policies and federal regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
  • One year of experience in relevant mechanical experience.
  • Basic computer skills (Word Processing, Email, Excel, and Internet).

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Experience with assembly of medical equipment is a plus.
  • Warehouse inventory experience is a plus.

Physical Work Requirements
  • Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer equipment.
  • Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer.
  • Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
