Long-Term Care Remodeling is a commercial remodeling construction company serving areas throughout Texas. We specialize in remodeling nursing homes and rehabilitation centers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual in carpentry (multi-trade or make-ready) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform interior demolition and construction clean-up
  • Assist with general construction tasks
  • Operate power and hand tools
  • Ensure all tools are picked up and put away at the end of each day
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work out of town
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality
  • Basic construction knowledge
  • Hard-working and positive attitude
  • Safety awareness
  • Ability to load and unload construction materials (up to 50-75 lbs)

This is a full-time position consisting of a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday. Pay is through direct deposit transferred on Tuesdays.
