Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and making recommendations on art supplies.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising art supplies, creating displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting art supplies, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of art supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months of previous retail, sales, and/or customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
