Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Clinician III/LCPC to join our team at Northern Light Acadia Hospital. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health and addiction disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social evaluations to identify potential therapeutic targets for active treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and treatment teams.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • 3+ years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
