Job Summary:

At CommonSpirit Health, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our patients and clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Customer Support: Provide timely and professional responses to billing-related inquiries from clinic staff.
  • Issue Resolution: Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues within the scope of your authority.
  • Documentation and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate records of activities and findings while ensuring confidentiality of medical records.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare concepts, insurance follow-up processes, and basic medical terminology.
  • Experience: 2+ years of revenue cycle or related work experience preferred.
