We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the standardization, assimilation, and continuous improvement of our construction operations model nationwide. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in residential solar construction operations, a proven track record of managing teams, and a strong understanding of technology and process optimization.

About The Job
We are looking for a highly experienced residential solar construction operations expert to lead our national expansion efforts. Our strategy focuses on delivering exceptional construction operations, and we seek a leader who is passionate about achieving the shortest possible install durations at scale. As a strategic thinker, you will design and implement efficient, scalable, and flexible systems and processes that adapt to evolving conditions.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Evaluate existing staff, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing operations team.
• Onboard newly acquired EPCs and integrate them into our operations model.
• Scale systems and staff to support 30,000+ installs per month, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
• Work from a home office anywhere in the USA, with occasional travel up to 20% for meetings and site visits.

Experience And Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations, with a proven track record of success.
• 3+ years of experience as a manager of managers in residential solar sales, with a strong understanding of team leadership and development.
• Proven experience managing outsourced partners, both onshore and offshore, to drive business growth and efficiency.
• A strong background in managing construction operations efforts for at least one state, ideally a multi-state or national territory.
