Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and our wax packages.
  • Schedule and confirm reservations and manage guest flow throughout the day.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Work in both locations, as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or retail environment preferred.
