Project Manager of Property Condition Assessments

Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking an experienced Project Manager of Property Condition Assessments to oversee all aspects of property condition assessment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, staying within budget, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee property condition assessment projects from planning to finalization.
  • Perform property condition assessments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the BLEW team and clients to deliver quality products on time.
  • Conduct inspections and write reports for inspections.
  • Communicate with Project Coordinators and Managing Directors regarding scope-of-work and client expectations.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and provide recommendations to Managing Directors and clients.
  • Identify and resolve project issues.
  • Deliver progress reports and recommendations to Managing Directors.
  • Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property condition assessment or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to property condition assessment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard software.
