Job Summary

OrthoCarolina is seeking a Part-Time MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality MRI scans for our providers and primary care physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain MRI log and ensure safety of equipment
  • Work with Tech Assistants to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of MRI scanners, protocols, and PACS
  • Assist with various tasks and projects, including ACR testing, research studies, and supplies
  • Maintain knowledge of MRI contrast policy and emergency protocols
  • Ability to assist physician and execute emergency procedures if necessary
  • Ability to maintain flexible schedule and/or rotate to various MRI sites as necessary
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the American Medical
  • Registered MRI Tech by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (AART) or ARRT registry eligible
  • Current CPR certification recommended
