Position Overview
This role presents a unique opportunity to lead CMF as its Chief Executive Officer during a pivotal time for both the organization and the communities it serves. The CEO will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the foundation, ensuring alignment with its mission to empower and uplift marginalized populations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to refine and advance the foundation's strategic vision focused on alleviating poverty in Michigan.
- Encourage innovative thinking and a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Ensure that all programs are in harmony with the foundation's mission and objectives.
Board Relations
- Develop strong relationships with Board members to understand the foundation's philanthropic legacy and strategic priorities.

Organizational Management
