Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to a wide range of customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our wines, including their characteristics, production methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Sales and Marketing: Assist with the sale of wine, merchandise, and wine club memberships, as well as promote our wines and events to guests.
- Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of wine events, tastings, and other activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the management of wine inventory, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
- Point of Sale Operations: Operate point of sale systems to process sales, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in point of sale systems.
- Licenses and Certifications: MAST Class 12 Permit required.
