  • **Ensuring Seamless Transactions**: Execute cash handling to standards, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • **Driving Sales and Growth**: Educate customers on our products and services, promote our brand, and assist with Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • **Maintaining Store Standards**: Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • **Fostering a Positive Work Environment**: Interact with colleagues in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, and promote commitment to our organization's vision and values.
  • **Cross-Training Opportunities**: Develop skills in Custom Framing selling and production, and be open to additional training and development opportunities.
