Key Responsibilities
  • Support experienced agents in delivering outstanding service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Work alongside agents to perform comprehensive policy reviews, identifying areas for coverage enhancement.
  • Engage in product demonstrations to inform clients about available insurance solutions and their advantages.
  • Ensure the precise and timely completion of all necessary documentation and paperwork.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to broaden your insurance knowledge and sales expertise.

Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty License or the ability to obtain one.
  • Prior sales experience, especially in insurance, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a commitment to assisting clients.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
