Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Program Manager. This role is focused on delivering acquisition and advisory support for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planning, research, analysis, and evaluation of system acquisition for defense systems and related technologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals.
- Assist in the preparation of acquisition documentation and program management assessments.
- Create presentations on program progress and acquisition initiatives for executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in program or acquisition management, including at least 3 years in a Department of Defense environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory. In-depth understanding of systems acquisition and program management methodologies is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations are required. A current Secret clearance is necessary.
