Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Border Foods LLC. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Restaurant Experience: 1+ year of experience in a restaurant leadership role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
