Coborn's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Preparing product to go out to the floor for merchandising
- Breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, and building displays with packaged products
- Greeting guests on the sales floor and assisting them with finding items
- Providing guidance and direction to team members throughout the store
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
