EHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Jobot. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

• Develop and Execute Health and Safety Plans: Create and implement health and safety plans that meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
• Train and Educate Employees: Provide training and education to employees on health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, laws, and industry standards.

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience as an EHS Manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Deep Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
