Job Title: Executive Culinary Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our high-volume, all-scratch kitchen at Gecko Hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and consistent dishes, while implementing seasonal menu changes and maintaining a positive and clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a positive and clean workspace, focusing on delivering high-quality and consistent dishes.
• Implement seasonal menu changes, while keeping up with our fast-paced environment.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
• Proven expertise in high volume, scratch cooking, in a full-service environment.
• Experience managing a kitchen with $3M or more in annual revenue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
