Our restaurant specializes in fresh seafood and classic American dishes, offering a unique dining experience with stunning ocean views. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operation, ensuring consistent quality and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement creative menus featuring seasonal ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.
- Manage a team of skilled kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Control food costs and inventory effectively.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.
- Proven expertise in scratch cooking techniques and menu development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
