We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at Tiny Steps Learning Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children aged 1 to 3.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Provide physical care and developmental assessments to ensure the well-being of our young students.
- Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and students to create a supportive community.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment that fosters learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with Assistant Teachers to delegate tasks and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddler children in a daycare setting.
- Associate Degree in Education or current CDA certification (Preferred).
- Strong understanding of child development and toddler educational methods.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and lift up to 45 pounds multiple times per day.
- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
- Willingness to submit to background checks and obtain CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogen certification.
