About Us:
Tiny Steps Learning Center is a nurturing and engaging childcare center dedicated to the growth and development of young minds. We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 1-3 years.

Responsibilities: The Toddler Teacher will educate and care for children ages 1 to 3, teaching age-appropriate skills and subjects. Responsibilities include:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Create a warm and safe classroom environment where toddlers feel secure and supported.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and daily activities.
  • Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure the wellbeing of all children.
  • Observe and document each child's development to identify their individual needs.

Qualifications:
  • CDA credential for Infants and Toddlers is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
