Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain SAP CRM applications using ABAP, SAP CRM WEB UI, and BOL programming.
- Configure SAP CRM middleware and troubleshoot issues related to master data and transactional data.
- Analyze business requirements and understand existing systems and workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP CRM Service module.
- Knowledge of CRM architecture and SAP CRM One Order framework.
- Experience with SAP CRM ABAP, SAP CRM WEB UI, BOL programming, and SAP CRM middleware setup and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of SAP CRM technical and functional objects.
- Strong experience in Core SAP CRM ABAP with BADIs, BAPIs, user exits, functions, RICEF, smart forms, and Adobe forms development.
- SAP CRM middleware skills, including middleware architecture and integrating SAP CRM with other ECC systems.
- Understanding of SAP CRM base configurations, such as transaction types, status profiles, organization structures, business roles, and web UI customizing.
- Ability to analyze and understand business requirements and existing systems and workflows.
- Good knowledge of business partner creation and partner determination procedures in SAP CRM.
Education
• BTech in Computer Science or any related field with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience is required.
