This is a full-time, remote role that requires a self-sufficient individual capable of working independently. The successful candidate will be compensated with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25, paid bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

Access Management:
Oversee and regulate entry points, confirming credentials and granting access as required.

Crowd Control:

Ensure orderly conduct and manage crowds to prevent bottlenecks, facilitate smooth movement, and address any disturbances.


Surveillance:
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate security threats, suspicious behavior, or potential risks.

Emergency Preparedness:
Be ready to respond effectively to emergencies, including medical situations, disturbances, evacuations, or other unexpected events.

Dispute Resolution:
Handle conflicts or disagreements tactfully, de-escalating situations when possible and involving appropriate authorities as needed.

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow security staff, event coordinators, and law enforcement to ensure a cohesive security strategy.


Client Interaction:

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries, directions, and information while upholding a professional demeanor.


Incident Reporting:
Thoroughly document incidents, security breaches, or any pertinent information in detailed reports.

Team Collaboration:

Work in conjunction with other security personnel, event staff, and local law enforcement to ensure a unified security approach.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in security or law enforcement is advantageous).

Prior experience in event security, crowd management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of individuals.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and make prompt, sound decisions.

Excellent observational skills to identify potential security risks and breaches.

Physical fitness and stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

A valid security guard license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.

Candidate Requirements:
All candidates must be at least 21 years old

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must successfully clear a drug and background screening

Must pass a physical fitness assessment

Must have reliable transportation

Must provide a reliable contact number and email

Must have appropriate professional attire including a well-fitted black suit, white shirt, black shoes, and tie
