This role involves taking care of our building and performing various cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms. You will also perform routine inspections and notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs. Additionally, you will stock and maintain supply rooms and work cooperatively with the rest of the staff.
Essential Responsibilities

  1. Clean designated building areas, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms
  2. Perform and document routine inspection activities
  3. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  4. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repair needs
  5. Stock and maintain supply rooms
  6. Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  7. Follow all health and safety regulations
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required
  • Previous knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Must be able to operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery in a safe manner
  • Must be comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces
  • Must be able to climb, squat, bend, twist, stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent
  • Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry
