Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve financial objectives by controlling expenses and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Lead Sales Operations: Complete store operational requirements, manage store inventory, and oversee the ordering and receiving of products and truck accessories.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Store Staff: Lead and manage a team of retail employees, provide training, performance feedback, and ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 3 years' experience in a management role in sales, retail, vehicle accessories, or inventory management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using point of sales and inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM or other sales software.
