Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as retail and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs for pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
