The Patient Care Supervisor - Hospice will assist the Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations in overseeing all patient care functions, ensuring the provision of safe and effective care that complies with established nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and payer criteria.

  • Ensure adherence to hospice policies and procedures as well as compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Promote and oversee the quality of care and safety for both patients and staff.
  • Engage in effective problem-solving and investigation of complaints.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance patient health and safety, familiarize them with regulatory matters, and address educational needs.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse or equivalent.

Licensure Requirements:

  • Valid RN licensure in the state of practice with at least one year of clinical experience.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
