Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and management of food and beverage services within the organization. This includes overseeing restaurants, mobile food units, catering services, and special events.

Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high product standards, and achieve financial objectives for the department. You will lead and mentor seasonal staff to meet service, product, and financial targets while performing essential administrative and supervisory functions.

Key Responsibilities:


Ensure that all operations within your assigned areas are conducted safely and in accordance with food quality standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction and the financial performance of each location, making necessary adjustments to operations to meet revenue, cost of sales, and labor expense goals.


Supervise seasonal staff, including training, task assignment, performance reviews, and the establishment of operational standards. You will also coordinate activities, allocate personnel, and conduct performance evaluations, as well as recommend promotions and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and enhance quality control measures for food services, conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence. Continuously review and improve departmental policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency.


Maintain open communication regarding operational status, including any issues, staff concerns, guest feedback, and special requests, providing relevant reports to ensure operational excellence.


Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to guest service in all aspects of your role.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:
Three to five years of experience in a themed entertainment venue or sports facility is required.


Exhibit a positive team-oriented attitude and foster an environment of open communication, trust, and mutual respect.


Demonstrated expertise in food service, including institutional food operations, knowledge of food production and sanitation, strong organizational capabilities, financial analysis skills, and basic accounting knowledge.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the relevant states; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Ability to positively influence sales through effective upselling and service initiatives.

Strong background in inventory management and food procurement.


Comprehensive understanding of food service operations, quality control, menu development, and cost management; excellent management skills with the ability to train and engage service staff while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.


Must be able to pass mandatory or random drug testing as per company policy, unless prohibited by law.


Ability to successfully complete a background check, which may include credit, criminal history, driving records, previous employment verification, education, and personal references, in accordance with company policy.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

A valid driver's license is necessary.
