Role Summary
The eCommerce Product Specialist is responsible for crafting engaging product descriptions that resonate with customers and enhance business performance across various online platforms. This role involves ensuring product accuracy and requires close collaboration with teams in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Design, and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops creative, clear, and concise web content that aligns with brand standards.
- Maintains the accuracy of product information, identifies errors, and updates content as necessary.
- Creates high-quality, customer-centric eCommerce content, including persuasive copy for product and landing pages.
- Verifies facts in advertisements against buyer notes and reviews photographic details meticulously.
- Inputs product descriptions into a digital catalog with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinates the collection of all product specifications (e.g., weight, dimensions, size) and formats them to present accurate selling points to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficient in database management software.
- Capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently.
