Imaging Mechanic

SG360 is seeking an experienced Imaging Mechanic to join our production team. As an Imaging Mechanic, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate imaging equipment, including setup and maintenance of feeders, counters, and glue systems.
- Perform routine tasks, such as loading inkjet files, interacting with pre-set Lake/Camera systems, and ensuring proper loading and production of products.
- Collaborate with operators, feeders, and catchers to ensure smooth production processes and achieve target net production rates.
- Assist in line configuration, installation of inkjet heads, encoders, and peripherals, and perform camera system installation and setup.
- Perform repairs to line equipment when parts are available and in hand.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and identify items to repair.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervision, and maintenance to ensure efficient production processes.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Safety training as required by OSHA regulations.
- Ability to work long hours, stand, lift at least 50lbs, and/or walk repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer experience.
