We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager Lead, SRE/DevOps Specialist to join our team at Zoom Corporation. As a key member of our DevOps organization, you will be responsible for managing technical programs to drive process and organizational improvements across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage technical programs to drive process and organizational improvements spanning Zoom, particularly in DevOps.
- Develop and support projects end-to-end, and drive business outcomes.
- Work across multiple teams and organizations to drive clarity and alignment to ensure successful execution of defined roadmap and deliverables.
- Translate security objectives and controls into execution strategy, lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives, driving for clarity to keep teams moving forward.
- Continuously evaluate Zoom's policies, procedures, controls, and defenses, highlighting areas of strength and weakness to continue to mature Zoom's security practices.
- Monitor and resolve end-to-end processes for repetitive pain points/sticking points and blockers.
- Create controls, documentation, and policies that fit within Zoom's Culture, based on ownership, quick iteration, and use of good judgment.
- Manage Zoom's Security program, ensuring identified security risks are appropriate, evaluated, tracked and mitigated.
- Drive projects that improve Zoom's control infrastructure across the company.
- Work closely with the compliance team and maintain a working knowledge of global information security regulations and compliance standards to ensure that security controls meet or exceed all requirements for audit and certification.
- Effectively communicate program results to a broad audience, including engineers and senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure technical program role.
- Prior roles have scope of influence >500 FTEs.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management in a technical field.
- Experience in Governance and Risk Management
- Understanding of global security and privacy regulations, certification processes, audit
- Experience writing security policy and controls
