Lead Nurse Practitioner - Patient Care

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Lead Nurse Practitioner to oversee patient care at our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans that promote resident well-being and independence.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and report any changes or concerns to the Director of Nurses.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Supervise and monitor nurse aides to ensure they provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas in good standing.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
