Job Description:

As a Pharmacist (Full or Part Time) at Walgreens, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healthy lifestyles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews and ensure accurate dispensing of prescribed medications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall pharmacy experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and healthcare trends.
Requirements:
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
