- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve clinical excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing research and best practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (DNP) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on clinical area standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking and sitting.
- 10% travel required.
