About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our team at Emeril's Coastal. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality fine cuisine in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, contributing to the creation of new and exciting dishes.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen.
  • Culinary school training or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
