About the Role

Hilton Sandestin Beach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation, production, and control of all food outlets and banquet facilities to meet Hilton's high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and other personnel to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menus and individual menu items for all outlets based on current food trends and regional tastes.
  • Monitor staff performance, product quality, and production flow to maintain high standards.
  • Audit food storeroom items and storage to ensure adherence to health code requirements.
  • Ensure Ecolab inspections are in the green zone.
Requirements
  • Formal Culinary Arts Degree required.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef with knowledge of most international and domestic dishes.
  • Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and forecast data to make imperative decisions.
