Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bay Square at Yarmouth. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents in a warm and comfortable environment.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care provided, and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
  • Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia desired

Pay and Work Location:
