Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Head Custodian Lead to join our facilities management team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean learning environment. The successful candidate will oversee a team of custodians, manage inventory, and ensure that all areas of the campus are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the work of custodians on campus
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding waste disposal and recycling
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in supervisory or management roles in custodial services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
