Job Summary:

The Senior Commercial Paint Project Manager will oversee painting crews and ensure site safety at each job. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of commercial painting experience, knowledge of coatings and project sequence, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Painting Crews to Achieve High-Quality Results
  • Ensure Site Safety & Housekeeping at Each Job Location
  • Oversee Accurate Reporting of Hours, Paperwork, Equipment & Material Usage
  • Maintain Effective Communication with General Contractors, Cherry Operations & Project Managers Regarding Job Progress
  • Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills to Deliver Production Targets
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience in Commercial Painting (Minimum 5 Years)
  • Able to Direct Teams with Clear & Concise Direction
  • Ability to Read Plans, Locate Information Specifications
  • Solid Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English; Spanish a Plus
  • Familiarity with iPads, Cell Phones, Apps, Various Technology
  • Working Knowledge of PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM 360
  • Reliable, Self-Motivated, and Professional
  • Valid Driver License & Reliable Transportation
  • Able to Work Nights, Weekends, and Some Holidays
  • Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred
