Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction management firm, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing commercial healthcare construction projects.
Job Summary- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Manage and track project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior leadership.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial healthcare construction, specifically with ground-up construction, tenant improvements (TI), and renovations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to travel to construction sites as needed.
- $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
