Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Promptly respond to calls for assistance and provide timely support to our residents.
- Record and document care provided to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
- Escort residents to dining areas and activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical condition or behavior to the Medical Team, Resident Care Coordinator, or Nurse.
- Safely use equipment, such as mechanical lifts, to ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations, prioritizing resident safety and care.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in projects, in-services, or committees as assigned to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Assist in training new staff members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and independent thinking to provide high-quality care and support.
- Work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities to enhance the resident experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum age 18.
- Computer skills to effectively document care and communicate with the team.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification to ensure resident safety.
