Job Title: Support Technician

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a Support Technician to join our team. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our games and equipment are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate service to our guests, managing wait times and communicating information as needed.
  • Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner, ensuring that all games are clean and unobstructed.
  • Load and refill tickets in redemption games, paying special attention to securing all ticket storage areas.
  • Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations when possible.
  • Notify management of any guest who is perceived to be unhappy.
  • Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
  • Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard.
  • Review the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games, ensuring all games are clean and unobstructed.
  • Properly position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales.
  • Assist in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
  • Efficiently and safely perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
  • Assist with general store maintenance as directed by management.
  • Assist other Team Members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
  • Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other Team Members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation:

Compensation is from $14 - $16 per hour.
