About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance functions at the Richmond Chemical Plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance functions for the Richmond Chemical Plant, including daily supervision of the Manufacturing Maintenance staff and contracted service providers.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs, including preventative maintenance, spare parts management, calibration, and planning and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, EHS, Quality Control, and Facilities to prioritize actions and projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of manufacturing maintenance, ensuring sustainable improvements and meeting business continuity needs.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure equipment maintenance is performed at required frequencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Engineering, or Associates degree/technical certification with relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience and 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong instrumentation and electrical skills, along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Working knowledge of equipment maintenance, calibration systems, and validation processes.
  • Ability to train and develop subordinate technical skills and to train and develop team in continuous improvement and problem-solving skills.
