Are you passionate about sharing your love of skiing and snowboarding with others? Do you have a knack for teaching and inspiring others to reach their full potential? We're looking for experienced instructors to join our team at Attitash Mountain Resort.

Job Summary:

As a ski or snowboard instructor at Attitash Mountain Resort, you'll have the opportunity to teach guests of all ages and skill levels how to navigate the slopes. You'll work closely with our team to provide world-class instruction and ensure that every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Work with guests to help them improve their skiing or snowboarding skills
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help guests achieve their goals
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and resort staff to ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing or snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
