MV Transportation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Analyst to join its Treasury team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building out the Treasury capability, executing the strategic plan, and supporting the Vice President Treasury and Director of Treasury.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Loan Reporting and Audits: Prepare and review loan reports, and support the annual audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash management operations, including wire transfers, merchant processing, and portal management.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct investment analysis and provide recommendations to optimize the company's investment portfolio.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial analyses, including sensitivity analyses, to support business decision-making.
- Accounting: Prepare daily and month-end Treasury accounting journal entries and supporting schedules.
- Internal Controls: Maintain the Treasury department's internal control documentation repository.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: 5-7 years of Treasury experience, with a strong background in both Treasury and Accounting.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to craft financial models and analysis, intellectual horsepower, critical thinking skills, and grit.
