Job Title: HVAC Fabrication Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Fabrication Supervisor to join our team at Brightpath Associates LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication of sheet metal products, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Selection: Selecting the appropriate gauge and type of sheet metal according to project specifications.
  • Layout and Marking: Laying out and marking dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns for ducts and fittings.
  • Machining and Fabrication: Setting up and operating fabricating machines, such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls, and shaping metal materials over anvil, blocks, or other forms.
  • Surface Preparation: Trimming, filing, grinding, buffing, and smoothing surfaces.
  • Assembly and Installation: Welding, soldering, bolting, riveting, screwing, clipping, caulking, or bonding component parts to assemble products.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating a computerized Iowa Precision Coil Line and a computerized Vicon Plasma Table.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
    • 5 years of experience in sheet metal duct fabrication (required).
