- Pharmacy Operations: Assist in the coordination of pharmacy operations, including processing new patient registrations, handling prescription requests, and troubleshooting issues.
- Problem Resolution: Serve as a first escalation point for problem resolution, anticipating client needs and proactively identifying solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor trends and notify supervisors of recurring or high-priority issues, ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service or pharmacy technician experience.
- Certifications: Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state Board of Pharmacy, and active PTCB national certification.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using pharmacy systems and software.
