Job Description

This role involves overseeing the general management of employees assigned to production areas, monitoring center training needs, reviewing quality control records, and coordinating new employee orientation and hiring processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this position, you will need:

">
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Frequent bending and reaching, ability to walk and stand for entire shifts, frequent lifting to 32 pounds, and occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
