This position entails managing the daily operations of a renewable energy facility, performing maintenance tasks, diagnosing system issues, and responding to alerts. The successful candidate will operate under guidance to achieve production targets while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain facility machinery, including both mechanical and electrical components
  • Identify and resolve issues within the gas field and facility
  • Respond to alarm situations, troubleshoot problems, and restore system operations
  • Comply with safety protocols, engage in safety evaluations, and conduct inspections
  • Keep accurate administrative records and supervise on-site contractors
  • Operate vehicles across various terrains

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Capability to assess issues and suggest effective solutions
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the military
  • Technical degree in electrical or mechanical disciplines, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of gas compression and transportation systems

Physical Demands:

Candidates must be able to pass physical assessments, operate machinery, lift heavy objects, and walk considerable distances. Vision and hearing capabilities are also necessary. Work settings may include outdoor environments with moderate to high noise levels.
